Amanda Siftar; a Tampa native, has successfully applied over 16 years of extensive marketing and sales experience to assist buyers and sellers with their residential real estate needs. Amanda began her career working for Smith and Associates Real Estate Inc.; the largest luxury real estate firm in Tampa, before founding her own team – The Siftar Group brokered by EXP Realty. Amanda began her career by working with developers in selling large-scale condominium and townhome communities. She has personally sold 640+ homes and has closed over $225 million in real estate volume.
