Westchase Lifeguard Certification Class

The Westchase Facilities Staff is hosting Lifeguard Training in March.

What is an ARC Lifeguard class:

An American Red Cross certification prepares students to prevent, protect and respond to aquatic emergencies. The lifeguard program aligns with the most current scientific insights and best practices to promote the best possible outcomes when searching for and responding to emergencies in and around aquatic facilities. Instruction is provided through online courses and in-person skills sessions.  Expected course completion times range from 27-32 hrs.

Class dates are March 17-21, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with a one hour lunch.
