Westchase is a vibrant community with an active governing body and several committees that help ensure our neighborhoods and facilities are maintained to the standards that make this such a wonderful place to live. The best way to stay up to date with all that is going on in our community, and to make sure your voice is heard, is to ensure you are signed up for the latest HOA portal and notification system.
In the spring of 2024, Greenacre transitioned to a community portal powered by Vantaca. Letters were sent out to all residents with unique login credentials to sign up for the Vantaca portal. If you misplaced the letter or are unsure if you are signed up for the portal, please call the WCA office at (813) 926-6404 and they can assist you.
Residents can use the Vantaca portal to view government documents, meeting minutes and notices, architectural guidelines and more. You can also submit modification requests, pay annual assessments, make general requests and set your communication preferences.
Another great way to stay connected is to sign up for the WCA’s notification system. To sign up, visit https://westchasewca.com or scan the QR code on this page. If scanning the QR code on your mobile device, you’ll need to scroll to the very bottom of the page to find the sign-up section. You can sign up for custom notification choices, including:
