Friends Annual Meeting May 15

Our Annual Friends of UTB Library Meeting will be
on Thursday, May 15, at 7 p.m. at the Upper Tampa Bay
Regional Public Library’s meeting room. The well-known
Flexible Four Barbershop Quartet will be performing and
light refreshments will be served. The new
officers/executive committee will be introduced at the
meeting. Please join us!
If you have any books, DVDs, or VCR tapes left over
after the Westchase Garage Sale, you can donate them to
the Friends Gazebo Book Store. Just leave them on the
cart provided at the reference desk.

As you visit the library this month, you’ll
notice two more magnolia trees on the front lawn
and completed landscaping around the gazebo,
courtesy of the UTB Friends. Let us also know if
you like the completed library sign by e-mailing
mgauzza@verizon.net;
landscaping will be added around it shortly.
If you have some time to help out in the Gazebo
Book Store this summer, you’ll find some
Volunteer Forms there to fill out. It’s opened
the same hours as the library but is closed
Monday. |
